Monday 18 January and Tuesday 19 January – extra collections
To try and collect as much rubbish and recycling as possible, our crews will be carrying out extra collections to empty the large four wheeled communal bins (1100 litre) and recycling banks across the district on Monday 18 January and Tuesday 19 January.

Tuesday 19 January - collections of recycling and rubbish
If your usual collection day is Tuesday, please help our collectors clear the backlog by bringing out your rubbish and recycling to the kerb on Tuesday 19 January. Please help any elderly neighbours by putting their rubbish out for them.

Wednesday 20 January - collections of recycling and rubbish
If your usual collection day is a Wednesday, we will update the website as soon as we know collections are being made.

Recycling and rubbish not collected on Thursday 14 January and Friday 15 January
The recycling and refuse crews were collecting on Thursday 14 January and Friday 15 January, but unfortunately some roads were still not safe enough to collect from. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. Your next scheduled collection is Thursday 21 January, or Friday 22 January.

Garden waste collections
We had to cancel garden waste collections on Wednesday 6, Thursday 7, Friday 8, Monday 11 and Wednesday 13 January due to icy conditions on the roads and pavements. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The next collection will be on residents' next scheduled week and day.
