The Shakespeare Revue
Published: Friday, 02 September 2011 10:53

The Miller Centre Players are presenting 'The Shakespeare Revue' by Christopher Luscombe and Malcolm McKee from 15th-24th September. Devised by members of the National Theatre, The Shakespeare Revue features song, soliloquy, satire and send-ups. The production offers endless entertainment to all who enjoy the funny side of serious theatre.

This is your chance to hear Hamlet at the Music Hall, witness Othello being interviewed by his future mother-in-law and watch Macbeth with Juliet in the balcony scene - will they ever get along?

With songs and sketches by Noel Coward, Stephen Sondheim, Fry & Laurie, Victoria Wood, Cole Porter, JB Priestly, Alan Bennett and many more, The Shakespeare Revue provides a wonderfully witty way to brush-up on your knowledge of the Bard.

The Shakespeare Revue's nominated charity is St John Ambulance. To book tickets call the Box Office on 01883 349850 or visit www.millercentretheatre.org.
