Sun shines on Remembrance Day parades

The Caterham British Legion and Ex-Servicemen's Club commemorated its 90th anniversary this year and local residents turned out in force to join them in the Remembrance Sunday Parade on 13th November. The parade was one of many taking place across the district in fine autumn weather. In the grounds of St. Luke's Church in Whyteleafe, Reverend Gill Reeves, who retires in January, read out the names of all those on the War Memorial, which had special significance this year following the recent renovation of the memorial.

The Whyteleafe parade led by the band of TS Ambuscade.
