New head at Essendene Lodge

Essendene Lodge School in Caterham-on-the-Hill are pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Kishwar Ali as their new Head Teacher.

Mrs Ali brings with her a wealth of experience from both the international, independent and state sector. Mrs Ali has already been Acting Head of Essendene Lodge School. Prior to this she was Assistant Principal of a large International School in Dubai where she brought about many new initiatives in the foundation stage and Key Stage 1. Mrs Ali has also been a leader of learning of a maintained primary school in West Sussex.

Mrs Ali said: "I am delighted to be leading such fantastic pupils and staff and will ensure that Essendene Lodge continues to thrive and develop to give our pupils the best start in life."

Mrs Haydock, principal and owner of the school said "I am very much looking forward to working with Mrs Ali and I am sure that she will continue to lead the school to further success.".
