Year 9 Drama students at Oasis Academy Coulsdon are busy rehearsing not just one, but two, pantos – Aladdin and Snow White which will be performed to parents and students at the Academy on Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th December.

The two productions have been written and directed by Year 9 students as part of their Drama assessment. Their live performances will be filmed and marked by GCSE examiners and the marks awarded will go towards their overall GCSE grade.

Students know they must be word perfect and not put a foot wrong in order to achieve the highest marks, on top of which they have to entertain and engage the audience - so the pressure is really on! Are the students confident they can pull it off? OH YES THEY ARE!
