The former Pinewood Garage site at the junction of Chaldon Road and Westway (next to the Raglan Precinct) is an eyesore and is in urgent need of improvement. A local architect is keen to progress development there, and Caterham-on-the-Hill Parish Council will host a discussion on possible future uses for the site.

A public meeting exploring options for re-use of this site will take place at 7.30pm on Friday 18th January at Hillcroft School, Chaldon Road, Caterham-on-the-Hill. Local residents and others with an interest in securing a viable and acceptable development at this site are welcome to attend.
