Get fit for spring
Published: Friday, 12 April 2013 10:10

If you feel weighed down by the winter blues or have been unable to cast off all those extra Easter Eggs – then why not join a new Caterham-based exercise classes designed for people 'of a certain age'!

'Nifty Fifty' is a vibrant, dance-based exercise class that is designed to get you moving and grooving. It takes place every Tuesday from 7pm in Soper Hall. But if you think that may be a bit advanced, then why not join the 50++ Keep Fit class. Led by professional dance teacher Nancy Katsaiti, the class aims to get you in shape with some gentle exercises which will benefit the whole body. And there's no pressure – if you feel like you have had enough, just have a seat and keep your toes tapping to some of the best music from around the world.

Classes take place every Tuesday from 23rd April at the Soper Hall in Caterham from 11.30am – 12.30pm.

Course organiser Jane Waller says: "Exercise is a great way to stay fit and feel young at heart. Our classes are very sociable – there is always a lot of laughter and no one is ever under pressure to push themselves if they don't want to. Just come along in comfy clothes and get your body and your mind moving."

The cost is £25 for five classes. To book your place visit call Freephone 0800 328 1060.
