The League of Friends of Caterham Dene Hospital are holding their Annual General Meeting at the Officers Mess, Caterham Barracks, Coulsdon Road, Caterham-on-the-Hill on Monday 10th May 2010 at 8.00pm.  After the formalities there will be a talk by Social Services Manager, Rosie Bailey.  Director of Adult Health Care, Alan Warren from the Surrey Primary Care Trust will be present to answer questions about the NHS and the future development of Caterham Dene Hospital.

The League of Friends of Caterham Dene Hospital plays a vital role, helping to raise funds to buy equipment and furnishings for the hospital as well as trying to get more health services for the local community.  Roger Wright from the League of Friends, said:  "We would welcome members of the public at our AGM who can come along and meet us for a chat about what we do.  They will also have the chance to let us know what improvements they would like to see made to the services provided by the Dene."
