Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault on a three-year-old in Caterham-on-the-Hill yesterday morning. At 8.55am the child was hit by an egg thrown from a car window outside Hillcroft School in Chaldon Road, Caterham. The vehicle was a silver Mitsubishi Outlander.
