Appeal for information after gold jewellery stolen from property in Caterham

Detectives from East Surrey CID are appealing for information on some stolen during which was taken during a burglary in Caterham.

The incident occurred during August while the occupants of the property on Coulsdon Road were on holiday. On their return they noticed that a large amount of gold jewellery had been taken.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Catherine Jenkin, said: "I would ask anyone who knows the whereabouts of the stolen items or who believes they may have been offered them for sale to contact officers as a matter of urgency as their information could be key to our investigation."

A number of electrical goods including laptops were also stolen during the incident.
