New Youth Club for 11-13 year-olds
Published: Thursday, 29 April 2010 04:45

The Caterham Hill Youth Club is inviting local youngsters to the opening of its new section for 11-13 yearolds on Wednesday 5th May from 7.45-9.15pm. The club, based at the Community Centre in the High Street, is open for anyone in the area aged between 11- 13 to meet new friends, play the new Wii, have a game of table tennis or pool, or sing on the karaoke. Those who like cooking can even help to make pizza in the kitchen!

Michelle McCurry, the new Youth Worker at the club, is enjoying her role helping to organise events and promote the club in the local area.

"We would like to organise a float for the Caterham Carnival and we have a driver with an HGV 1 and 2 licence, but no lorry," said Michelle. "If any local business would like to lend us their lorry we would be very grateful!"

For more information about the club which also holds evenings for 13-18 yearolds, go to www.caterhamhillyouthclub. vpweb.co. uk
