Cadets and Marines attend Poppy Appeal Awards Ceremony

On Wednesday 5th March, some of the Caterham Sea and Royal Marine Cadets attended the Lord-Lieutenant of Surrey's Poppy Appeal Awards Ceremony held at Epsom College. The Royal British Legion Surrey were very proud to welcome all the recipients of the awards, that were presented by Dame Sarah Goad, DVCO, JP. The guest speaker was Colonel Ingrid Rolland, Deputy Commander South East.

The Caterham unit raised the second highest amount of money out of all the cadets in Surrey - £3,306! Between all the cadet units a grand total of £104,834.99 was raised for the 2013 Poppy Appeal.
