Published: Friday, 27 June 2014 19:26

On Friday 13th June, a special Garden Party was held to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the opening of the Le Personne Homes for elderly ladies in Caterhamon- the-Hill.

Newly elected Chairman of Tandridge District Council, Cllr. Elizabeth Parker, performed her first official duty by opening the Garden Party with her consort, husband Robin.

After the official opening, Mike Moss MBE, Chairman of the Tandridge Community Fund, was delighted to present the Chairman of the Trustees of the Le Personne Homes, Cllr. Eithne Webster, with a £500 cheque for a brand new cover for the garden’s gazebo.
