Get along to 'The Swing Joint'!
Published: Tuesday, 05 January 2010 05:29

Last month at The Swing Joint

An exciting new dance venue opens its doors in Caterham this month following a successful launch event in December. The Swing Joint, at the Ex-Servicemen's Club in Townend, Caterham-on-the-Hill, will be hosting dance classes every Friday night for Beginners and Improvers in Swing jive, jitterbug and stroll led by local residents, Mark Tann and Julie Candy. December's event was a great success, with members from Mark and Julie's classes in Biggin Hill and Sevenoaks demonstrating some skilful moves on the dance floor.

The combination of swing music from the 40's and 50's and the lively dance routines promises plenty of fun (and exercise!) in store at the new club. See the 'Swing Joint' advertisement above for further details. See you there!
