St. Lawrence's Ancient Church in Caterham-on-the-Hill held a Festival of Trees last weekend, featuring a dazzling array of Christmas Trees sponsored and decorated by local businesses and organisations, including the Scouts and Guides, Caterham Floral Club, St. Mary's Bell Ringers, the Beautiful Box Company and the Caterham branch of the Royal British Legion.

The Guild of Friends of St. Lawrence's Church organised the event assisted by Caterham-on-the-Hill Parish Council. This was the second Festival of Trees and it is hoped the Festival will continue to take place every two years.
