Councillor surgeries for Caterham Hill and Chaldon residents
Published: Friday, 18 February 2011 10:47

Starting Saturday 26th February at Caterham Hill library, for a trial of six sessions, County Councillor John Orrick will be holding open surgeries for residents to come along to raise the issues they face or need help with. Also present will be both District and Parish Councillors so that any matter will be addressed at the appropriate level.

The surgeries will run from 10am to midday and be held on the last Saturday of each month except August (and December if they prove popular and the trial is extended). Confidential matters can be dealt with away from the public area.

Commenting on this proposal John said "I am delighted that District and Parish Councillors, irrespective of Political Party, are co-operating in this experiment" "It is a good opportunity for the public to let us know what they think on any local matter".

For more information contact John Orrick on 07801 975407 or any of the District or Parish Councillors
